Account & Data Deletion
Delete your account
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Club Kickoff at any time, in line with your rights under UK GDPR.
The quickest way to delete your account is from inside the app itself. If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a request by email.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)
Open the app and sign in
Go to Settings
Tap the profile icon or navigate to the Settings screen.
Tap “Delete account”
Confirm the deletion. Your account and personal data will be removed immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your Club Kickoff account and we will process the deletion within one month.

- Your account profile (name, email, photo, address)
- Child profiles you manage
- Your RSVP and poll response history
- Your membership records across all clubs
- Messages you sent (anonymised or deleted, subject to retention below)
- Your device push-notification token
Some data may be retained for the period required by law or our stated retention policy before it is fully erased. Full retention periods are set out in our Privacy Notice (section 5).
Other privacy rights
Under UK GDPR you also have the right to access, correct, restrict or object to processing of your personal data. Contact privacy@transparently.tech for any of these requests or for more information.
